In Auslan (5 minutes)

Subtitles + voice-over available

I do this work because I am passionate about supporting people to achieve their goals and bridging the many gaps Deaf people face in society.

I want to:

  • Support Deaf people and families in ways that respect culture and language.

  • Help you reach your goals.

  • Make tricky services (like NDIS or government programs) easier to deal with.

  • Build your confidence so you can make your own choices.

  • Work with you in a way that feels safe, respectful, and empowering - whether face-to-face or online.

I have the skills, training, and experience to support Deaf people in many parts of life.

  • Experience – I have worked with the Deaf community professionally for over 15 years, and as a CODA I’ve had over 40 years of lived experience.

  • Training – I am qualified in case management, support work, disability support, NDIS navigation and interpreting - Auslan/English.

  • Skills – I can help with doctors, housing, Centrelink, NDIS, work, education, and much more.

My goal is simple: to use my skills to make life easier and fairer for Deaf people.

A personal note

This work is not just professional — it’s personal. My late father was Deaf, and a big part of my motivation is to honour him. Building Gap Bridge Supports is, in many ways, a legacy to him and the Deaf community he was part of. I want to continue that connection by supporting others with the same respect and understanding he deserved.
